Welcome to Flostopia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General

Flostopia is a floral design studio offering seasonal, foam-free floral arrangements. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Floral Substitution

All arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers. Photos shown are for reference only — they represent the size, style, and mood of the design. Exact flowers and colours may vary based on availability. If a colour scheme is specifically requested, we will work within a similar palette while always incorporating Flostopia’s signature style in the final arrangement.

3. Orders & Lead Time

Orders must be placed at least 4-5 days in advance of the desired delivery or pickup date. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline last-minute orders or custom requests.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in MYR. Full payment is required at checkout or upon invoice. Accepted payment methods include [Shopify checkout, bank transfer, QR code, etc.]. Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery within 20km from Bukit Jalil via third-party couriers (e.g., Lalamove). A delivery fee applies and will be quoted upon order.

6. Pickup (if applicable)

Customers opting for pickup must collect their orders at the scheduled time. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed once payment is made.

8. Event & Wedding Bookings

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event or wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.

Major changes or cancellations close to the event date may not be accommodated or refunded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on our website and social media are the intellectual property of Flostopia. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.

10. Privacy

Customer information is used strictly for order processing and communication. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
